Lead Your Team to Greater Results

Leadership development is one of the most critical charges for learning and development executives. Often, it is the factor that can make—or break—an organization, especially in challenging times.

That’s why SPBT is proud to invite Charlotte Sibley of Shire Pharmaceuticals to present our second keynote on Wednesday, May 13. Sibley is currently Senior Vice President, Talent Management with responsibility for all leadership and organization development at Shire. Previously, she was Senior Vice President, Global Business Research and Intelligence, responsible for market research, competitive intelligence, commercial assessment for new products, and strategic forecasting. Sibley was named the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) 2008 Woman of the Year.

At SPBT, she will discuss leadership and mentoring, and what learning and development departments can do to ready corporate employees for the future.

Grow Your Organization and Gain Relevance

Maintaining the status quo is not enough in today’s environment. Your efforts need to create personal and organizational growth.

To help you distill the most from our educational event, we’ve invited the learning experts at Second City Communications to close our meeting on Thursday, May 14. A team of expert facilitators will work with the audience to draw out best practices gleaned from the conference. They will also guide attendees through developing a take-home plan to put trainers’ new knowledge and skills into action right away.
