The following cancellation policy applies to all SPBT educational events and seminars, excluding the SPBT Annual Conference.
- If you are unable to attend an event that you have registered for, the registration may be transferred to a co-worker at any time.
Alternatively, if the cancellation occurs:
- Four weeks or more prior to the event: a refund of the cost of the event (minus $250 processing fee) will be credited to you. Or, a voucher can be issued to another SPBT event, which will remain valid for one year from the issue date.
- Two to four weeks prior to the event: a voucher to another SPBT event will be issued, which will remain valid for one year from the issue date.
- Less than 10 business days prior to the event: no refunds or credit vouchers will be issued. This includes cancellations due to weather, travel delays, or other causes. SPBT recommends that registrants allow for unexpected delays when making travel plans.

Please note: If SPBT cancels an event, we are not responsible for non-refundable travel arrangements including air, hotel, or other travel costs made by the participants.
